After a rich and varied career, my work as a business coach has opened a new chapter in my professional life which allows me to incorporate my multicultural approach, my understanding of professional dynamics and my pragmatic attitude into my day-to-day practice. My pragmatism has led me to practise cognitive behavioural coaching which is focused on identifying practical solutions, allowing the beneficiary to make tangible progress. With a resolutely can-do attitude, I help my clients transform challenges into opportunities, by questioning them and guiding them towards making sustainable changes - “encourage, challenge, change”, that’s precisely the Version Originale promise!
